Please read our terms and conditions before booking a Bikepass/SkiPass

Unused Bikepasses/SkiPasses are non-refundable.

Incorrectly booked Bikepasses/SkiPasses cannot be rebooked for another date.
NB: Be sure to book your ticket for the right date and to enter the correct email address.

Bikepass/SkiPass cancellation policy
If you are unable to come, fall ill or otherwise need to cancel your Bikepass/SkiPass, you can do so by emailing: bokning@skibikehike.se

Cancellations must be made no later than 72 hours before the activity and are subject to a cancellation fee of SEK 50.

Cancellation policy in case of illness
If a doctor’s certificate is presented when making a cancellation, the full amount will be refunded regardless of when the cancellation is made. This applies to you and the other members of your household. We follow the rules issued by the industry organisation SLAO as regards Bikepass/SkiPass validity, biking and skiing: SLAO brochure. All riding must be done with approved equipment. For biking, a full-face helmet, back protector, and disc brakes are required.
