UC SKIDCENTER AB, reg. no. 556423-7047, is responsible for the processing of the personal data you register, such as name, address, personal identity number, mobile and home phone numbers and email address.
How do we use your personal data?
We collect the personal data that you submit to us, such as when making a booking, contacting our travel sales department or making payment.
We may use your personal data for the following purposes:
To manage your bookings and payments
We process your personal data in order to administer your booking and payment. Your booking includes details of booked skiing equipment, ski lessons, lift passes and any additional accessories.
Lawful basis: Performance of a contract
Storage time: Your data will be purged 2 years after your last booking
To provide you with relevant information about your booking
We process your personal data, such as email address, when sending you relevant information about your booking, such as booking rules, procedures for collecting rental equipment, etc.

To manage customer service inquiries
We process your personal data when you contact us by, for example, email, chat or social media.

Storage time: The data are purged once the case is closed; data in social media remain
To send marketing offers and newsletters
We process your personal data (email address) to send you newsletters from Ulricehamn regarding events at the resort, when we start accepting bookings for the season, etc. As a subscriber to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe by following the link in the newsletter.

For booking system troubleshooting and support
We may need to process your personal data for technical support and when troubleshooting our booking systems.

Who has access to your personal data?
Your personal data are primarily processed by us here at UC SKIDCENTER AB. Your personal data may also be shared with and processed by our parent company Branäsgruppen AB (reg. no. 556694-2107) and its subsidiaries included in the group as well as our partners for the stated purposes. As a subscriber to our newsletter, your email address is processed by our partner Mailchimp, which stores the data on their servers in the USA.
How are your personal data protected?
We have implemented technical and organisational measures to protect your data from loss, manipulation and unauthorised access. We continually adapt our security measures as progress and developments are made in the related IT fields.
Your rights
You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you at any time. If your data are inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that they be rectified or erased. We cannot erase your data when there is a statutory archiving requirement, such as related to accounting regulations, or when there are other legitimate reasons for keeping the data, such as unpaid debts.
