Unused Bikepasses/SkiPasses are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy – Bikepass / SkiPass & Season Passes
- If you are unable to attend, have symptoms, or need to cancel for other reasons, please contact us at avbokning@skibikehike.se
- You can cancel your booking by clicking “Manage my booking” in your confirmation email.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the booked date.
- With a valid medical certificate, the full amount will be refunded regardless of cancellation time. This applies to you and members of the same household.
- We follow the SLAO regulations regarding skipass validity and ski operations:
- Brochure SLAO “Lilla Gula”.
- Season passes are non-refundable if the resort has been open and available for at least 15 days during the season.
Unused Skipass
- An unused or partially used Bike/SkiPass is non-refundable.
Incorrect Booking
- A wrongly booked Bike/SkiPass cannot be rescheduled.
- Please ensure your chosen date and email address are correct before completing payment.
Online Payment & Pass Reload
- Online payments can be made by credit/debit card. Prices include VAT.
- A new Bike/SkiPass can be collected at Rental (Hyra) at SkiBikeHike.
- If you already have a Bike/SkiPass (chip card), it can be reloaded online and used directly in the lifts.

- Keycard: 60 SEK (not preloaded)
- Riding or skiing outside opening hours is not allowed.
- For health subsidy receipts, the person applying must book separately. Adjustments cannot be made afterwards.
Ski School & Rentals
- Bookings are accepted subject to available times/equipment.
- Ski school lessons cannot be booked on-site.
- No refunds for unused lessons or equipment.
- Your booking is confirmed when payment is received and a confirmation email is sent. Please ensure your email and phone number are correct.
- A valid booking confirmation and photo ID must be presented when collecting your rental equipment.
- Equipment can only be collected from the day it is booked for.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel lessons due to illness, pandemics, or restrictions.
- By booking, you agree to our registration of your personal data in accordance with GDPR and to receive updates from SkiBikeHike.
- All skiing must be done with approved equipment. When biking, a full-face helmet, back protection, and disc brakes are mandatory.

Rental Terms
- A valid ID is required to rent equipment.
- The renter must return the equipment within the agreed period. Rental extensions must be made before the rental time expires – otherwise, a full-day rate will apply.
- Unreturned equipment will be charged at full replacement value.
- Payment is made in advance. Refunds are only given with a medical certificate.
- The renter is fully liable for damage or loss of equipment (except in the case of manufacturing defects).
- Equipment left unattended on the premises will incur a 300 SEK fee per item.
Protection Package
- Add our Protection Package to avoid unnecessary expenses in case of an accident or theft. The insurance covers theft or damage to your equipment with a deductible of 600 SEK. Replacement equipment will be provided free of charge for the remainder of the rental period.
- Applies to bikes, skis, and snowboards (not boots, poles, or helmets).
- Does not apply to obvious misuse (e.g. scratches from gravel or asphalt).
- Report any damage immediately to the rental staff.
- In case of theft, a police report must be filed and presented to the rental team.
- Equipment must be stored securely overnight – the renter is responsible for proper storage.
